How do I request a refund for any money left on my wristband after the event?

If there is money left on your wristband after the festival you can request a refund after the event has finished. Refunds will be available online from midday on Tuesday 26th July – please be aware that we are not able to process refunds on site at the festival.

IMPORTANT: KEEP YOUR WRISTBAND!

If you have created a Cashless account, login to your account via the Cashless page on the Standon Calling website and click the REFUND button. 

If you did not create a Cashless account before the event, then in order to reclaim your balance, you must create a Cashless account. To do this, visit the Cashless Refund page on the Standon Calling website. From there create your Cashless account by entering:

• Your full name
• Email address
• Create a password
• The 6 digit code that is on the back of your cashless wristband
• Your payment card information.

Once logged into your account, click the REFUND button.
