Which e-ticket barcode should l use?

You must use the barcode on your festival entry e-ticket (Weekend or Day). If you are a Kaboodle or Universe e-ticket holder you will have been given the option to provide individual attendee names at the time of booking which are printed on to each e-ticket – each attendee should create a cashless account using their individual barcode.

As Ticketmaster e-tickets are all issued in the name of the lead booker, you must allocate a barcode to each person in your booking to ensure that multiple people don’t accidentally use the same barcode when creating a cashless account. If this happens you may end up with the incorrect amount on your wristband.

If you have Day tickets across multiple days, please enter the barcode number on the ticket of the first day you will be on site
