You do not need to register in advance, but we highly recommend that you do. The benefits of creating a cashless account include:
- Top-up your account at any time on the website or in the festival app (launching soon!)
- Check your spending history from your phone
- Register your bank card details and top-up easily
- Block your wristband quickly and easily should it be lost
- Easily refund any unspent money after the festival
Please be aware that if you lose your wristband at the festival and have not created an account, it will not be possible to reclaim any unspent money.
