When will I receive my e-tickets?

Upon completing your order you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your booking. This will also contain your e-tickets for the festival.

If you have not received your e-tickets, please check your junk folder. You can also view your e-tickets by logging in to the relevant ticket agent account where you purchased your tickets from.

If you still cannot find your e-tickets please contact your ticket agent directly and provide your booking reference number.
