I haven’t received my booking confirmation email (Ticketmaster booking)

It’s possible that your booking confirmation email may have gone to your junk or spam folder - please check here in the first instance.

If it’s not in your junk, you can log into your Ticketmaster account here to find your booking and download your e-tickets. 

If you are still having issues finding your booking confirmation email you will need to contact Ticketmaster directly for advice. Be sure to provide the email address used at the time of booking if you cannot find your booking reference number: https://help.ticketmaster.co.uk/
